1. HĐS trọng khăn quàng như chính danh dự của mình.
2. HĐS khi đeo khăn quàng không đến những nơi tửu quán.
3. HĐS khi đeo khăn quàng không được ngồi trên phương tiện do người hoặc súc vật kéo.
4. HĐS khi ra khỏi bầy hoặc đội phải trao lại khăn quàng cho huynh trưởng.
